News: New member of staff - say hello to Tanya! (Jun/13)

Exciting news - we have a new member of staff here at Alexia! Tanya will be helping with accounts and administration.

Born and bred in West London where she worked for HMRC as a VAT assurance officer, Tanya moved to Brighouse in 2002. She worked in administration and order processing (for a now defunct) computer firm before spending the last 8 years working for an accountancy firm as Administrative Officer.

Tanya has 2 children who keep her on my toes (especially Freddie aged 9!). She loves to read, cook, sing, socialise (and yes, this means drinking copious amounts of wine with friends!). She is getting married to her fiancee Dave in October and she first came to Alexia to choose a dress in August 2015. "I thought that it was a lovely place and that I would like to work here... now I am!" she says.

"I am learning so much as I’ve never worked in this field before, I’m looking forward to getting to know the beautiful products that we sell and more about the industry as a whole."

"The office is, whist busy, such a relaxed place to work and I’ve been made to feel more than welcome, and I also look forward to getting to know my colleagues a lot more!"
