News: New Alexia Designs Sales Assistant - Julie Jennings (Feb/20)

In January we welcomed Julie Jennings, our new Sales Support assistant, to the Alexia Designs European head quarters.

Julie’s new role will consist of:

Processing new leads for the business

Managing the correspondence between the sales agents and our stockists

Monitoring our stockists accounts

Keeping up to speed with the sales targets

As Alexia Designs is rapidly growing we needed to employ somebody quickly to handle the stockist enquiries filling up the main Alexia email box & to gain more stockists across the world.

Julie was born in Dewsbury yet raised her two children in Marbella.

Before Julie started at Alexia she lived in Marbella for 24 years where she was a full time mum until 2010. She then went to work in Gibraltar in a wine shop and shortly afterwards became the manager. In 2012 she moved store to Sotogrande in Spain, where she became the manager of both wine stores. Julie moved back to England in 2013 where she conducted market research for the same Gibraltarian company, with a view to open a wholesale and distribution Spanish wine company. Yet, it was not financially viable at the time, and was soon contacted by Alexia Designs.

Julie said: “I am really looking forward to this new role, it’s challenging and very interesting. I am looking forward to learning all about the bridal and prom industry and meeting current and new clients. I am looking forward to working with such beautiful products and a great team at Alexia.”
